“Their state of the art facility is more geared towards overall wellness and nutrition or therapy. Not the best experience for an infusion. My iron infusion felt rushed particularly towards the end. I was assured by Dr. Jenkins that should my IV iron give unexpected side effects they would be able to bring me in for an IV drip immediately. I'm truly disappointed as I chatted over the phone with the nurse on Thursday April 9th , she failed to mention they're nurses will not be staffed for the next THREE days. Upon call with Dr. Bastian I asked to be called in for a saline solution or any drip to offer some help with these horrible symptoms. He responded "we're not calling in our nurses for this". After getting an $800 service, I get to hear their nurses won't be called in "just for this". Now here I am suffering in pain, paying for $300 consults to go to yet ANOTHER clinic to get the same infusiom I should have received here for half the cost. Not feeling supported or valued. To be clear I am not upset their nurses weren't called in on my schedule. I am upset at the lack of communication. I should have been made aware of the nurses schedule (especially when I'm clearly telling you my symptoms and that I wish to be given a drip)”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience. I was surprised to when Marina phoned me the next day to see how I was feeling. She was very caring. The lady at the front was very kind. We had a good chuckle when I came out from my treatment. I thought I would work in the afternoon. She asked if I thought I could. I could barely stay awake during the treatment. 🤣”Read moreShow less

“I had such a great experience here! I did the health assessment (about 6 appointments) and, as an already pretty health conscious girlie, was pleasantly surprised by the helpful information they provided. I assumed at the end of the assessment they might try to sell me some expensive solutions but aside from a couple of supplements they were lifestyle tweaks that could be done for free (such as cold showers).
