“After refferal I was in within 10 days. Dr Sarah was extremely thorough. After 6 weeks nobody had even looked at my knee let alone touched or moved it . Clinic experience was great !!”

“I have been seeing Stephanie D. for the past nine months, and it has been a game changer! Stephanie was referred to me by my massage therapist, as I have some long-standing chronic conditions. Stephanie‘s knowledge and care are amazing! The therapy we chose was shockwave therapy for my hip and needling, along with a home program with exercises. My hip hasn’t felt this good in over two years! I have gone to ultrasound after, and my bursitis is also gone! I can now do all the activities I like to do with minimal pain. “So I have been seeing my Physiotherapist Rob for a month now I must say the whole experience was amazing ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The last time I was in my shoes were taken mistakenly? I went back in to talk to the staff. They were very helpful and said they would keep an eye out for them. So I left sock footed a bit upset . Than later that day they called to say they found them someone brought them back. So I was very surprised and glad . “I followed Stephanie D. from her previous clinic so I’ve seen her for various issues over the past 10 years. She is quick to assess and diagnose the issues I’ve had including bursitis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and more recently, a meniscus tear that acted up after more than 40 years. She gives excellent strategies, stretches, and exercises that have always resulted in resolving the aches and pains that accompany the injuries and conditions. I love that she works to find activities to keep me moving when I’m dealing with injuries or pain. “I was referred to Kim Dice at Advantage Sports Medicine Physiotherapy to help build the strength back in my foot after a stress fracture. She took the time to understand my sources of pain and recommended exercises to help strengthen the muscles in my foot to get me back to normal.
