“I was not disappointed about the procedure they did. I was disappointed how they communicate with the patient. I was given a quote for the procedure. I assumed all the procedure was included to that quotation. I am not complaining that I can't pay that amount but one thing that makes me disappointed is that they should've atleast discuss that in the beginning. I can pay the remaining balance that i owe them in full but what makes me triggered was that they offering me to make payment plan sounds like I cannot afford to pay the amount I owe. I was asked to book another appt to check the procedure but I refused to book because i have decided and told them i am not coming back due to disappointments.”Read moreShow less

“This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had, and I genuinely don’t understand how this clinic has a 4.7 rating. I went in for an urgent filling because my regular dentist couldn’t see me, and a friend suggested this place. Now I understand why they always have so much availability. From the moment I arrived, it was clear their priority wasn’t patient care—it was maximizing billing. They ran unnecessary X‑rays and scans, burned through a large portion of my insurance, and still couldn’t identify the tooth that actually needed the filling. Instead, they handed me a long list of expensive procedures they claimed I “needed.” The environment itself was unsettling. The technician was bouncing between multiple patients in the same open room, with no sense of hygiene, privacy, or professionalism. I walked out and never returned, and honestly, that was the best decision I made. Unfortunately, my friend continued going there despite my warning. They drained thousands from his insurance and his own pocket. After his treatment, they pushed him aggressively into getting veneers. On the day of the procedure, he told them he wasn’t sure anymore, but they pressured him so hard he felt he had no choice. Now he’s stuck with a result he’s unhappy with, and it’s heartbreaking to see how much it has affected him emotionally because now he thinks he didn't need it and it irreversible. This clinic cares about money, not ethics, not patients, and certainly not long‑term well‑being. If you value your health, your wallet, and your peace of mind, stay far away.”Read moreShow less

“I became a patient there for adult orthodontics. Dr. Cziraki and her team were great at explaining the whole process. From my very first appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was always friendly and professional, making sure I understood each step and felt comfortable throughout my treatment. My results have been fantastic, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to patient satisfaction. “Personally had a pretty bad experience at this office. As you enter the office, you’re forced to do a iTero scan. I informed the treatment coordinator that i’m not comfortable doing it as i recently had jaw surgery and I can have it sent from my previous orthodontist office. Her response was extremely rude, she said you’re here as a patient and not buying something at a market. Essentially she got annoyed that I didn’t want to do their complimentary scan without trying to understand why. I left in the middle of the conversation out of shock on how rude she was behaving. The other reviews seem good so maybe the doctor is good but the staff seemed pushy and not empathetic, impatient. it’s not something you want from your dentist/orthodontist.”Read moreShow less

“This was my first time here, and my first dental cleaning in many years. Dr. Simar was very thorough and friendly during the entire procedure. She explained everything in detail and also made sure I understood what was happening, which helped calm me down during the procedure. She also showed to me the problem areas and explained what to do in future, in detail, and I felt very well taken care of by her, along with Vivienne and Dr. Cziraki .
