“Literally never showed up for my appointment. I had a 7am appointment and the building was closed. I booked 3 days prior so this wasn’t last minute. I have all the email/text confirmations so not impressed.”

“They never showed up for my appointment. Website says they open at 7am, I arrive at 755 for 800 appt. Doors are locked. 801 someone lets me in, then disappears for 10 minutes. Finally asks about my appointment then tells me the person I’m here to see isn’t there and I nothing is scheduled in the system, despite exchanging several texts yesterday confirming the appointment today. Their online system also wouldn’t allow me to book the day before, and when I called to ask about it they didn’t respond until after the time slot had passed. “I saw Joshua for an initial visit yesterday and was blown away by the depth of his knowledge, his compassion and empathy, and his INCREDIBLE ability to explain things in a way that made sense without being condescending. I feel so much better after seeing someone who made me feel heard, who gave me a tentative label for what we're working on, and who empowered me with exercises I can do at home to speed the healing process.
