Any messages received during this time will be answered upon my return.</p><p>For lash fills or maintenance appointments that fall near these dates, I recommend reserving your appointment ahead of time to ensure the best availability for your preferred date and time.</p><p>Online booking will remain open throughout. Thank you so much for your understanding and for planning ahead with me 🙏<br></p><div><strong><strong><br>IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS</strong> <strong>PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*</strong></strong><br></div><p><span class="s1">Once services are rendered, payments are non-refundable.</span></p><p><span class="s1">Deposits are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They will be applied towards the total service cost during checkout.<br></span></p><p>No shows will result in a charge equivalent to <em><strong>100%</strong></em> of the booked service</p><p>Reschedules must be made <strong>BEFORE 48</strong> <strong>hours</strong> of your appointment, and you are permitted one reschedule without forfeiting the deposit. Subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit. Should you reschedule once and subsequently cancel, the entire deposit will be forfeited.<br></p><p><span class="s1">Cancellations and reschedules made <strong>less than 48 hours</strong> prior to your scheduled appointment will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.</span></p><p><span class="s1">Cancellations made with <strong>more than 48 hours</strong> notice prior to a scheduled appointment are eligible for a deposit refund, <strong>with processing fees deducted (2.9% + $0.30). </strong>Contact Debbie directly for assistance.<br></span></p><p><strong>Late Arrival Policy: </strong>To ensure each client receives the full care and attention their service deserves, I kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. I appreciate your understanding as this helps maintain a smooth experience for everyone booked throughout the day.<br></p><p><strong>No Guests Policy</strong><span class="s2">: To maintain a serene, professional atmosphere, all appointments are reserved exclusively for the client receiving the service. I kindly ask that you arrive alone, as guests—including children, friends, or family—are not permitted. <br></span>This policy is in place to ensure your service is carried out with the highest level of care, focus, and cleanliness, free of distractions. Thank you for your understanding and gracious cooperation.</p><p><span class="s1"><span class="s1">If you are booking a new set of lashes and currently have lash extensions on from another artist, please add on a Full Removal to your booking. The removal fee is waived for a new lash set.<br></span></span></p><p>Lash fills are available <strong>for existing clients only. New clients should book a Full Set</strong> for their first appointment.</p><div>If you are returning for a lash fill, please ensure that <strong>at least 50% </strong>of lash extensions are remaining. If extra time is required, then extra charges will apply at our discretion.</div><p><strong>Service Duration: </strong>Please be mindful of, and anticipate staying for, the full duration listed in your service description. Taking the necessary time ensures each service is performed with care and precision, giving you the best, long-lasting results. Individual differences, like a higher lash count or more complex lip designs, can extend your appointment slightly — this helps me maintain consistent, high-quality results.</p><p>In the unlikely event of adverse reaction or excessive fallout of your lash extensions, please notify us <strong>within 72 hours</strong> of your appointment. If a removal or touch up appointment is needed, it must be completed <strong>within 7 days </strong>of your original appointment for any complimentary services to be considered.<br></p><div></div>
