“Was recommended to me by a friend. Hailey was quite understanding and worked with me on the phone to set an appointment that worked with my schedule. I went for an hour session of deep tissue massage. Andrea met with me the day of the appointment and went over my concerns and objectives before the massage to ensure the proper focus during the session. The massage was perfect and I felt all of the tension knots in my shoulders and back were relaxed. Needless to say, I had a very good night sleep that day and felt way better the day after. “Massage was so so. I had an appointment at noon. I waited in my assigned room for half hour before asking receptionist if I should come another time. He apologized and said that the therapist is running very late. The latter came and announced that she's starting my massage at 12:35. At 1:20, she told me that it's done. I reminded her the start time. She asked me to come back another time for rest of the 15 minutes. I asked her to write it down on the business card and went to pay for my GST, since I had bought it from Groupon. She waited for me to add the tip and then started making excuses how Groupon only pays her $25 while I paid them $55 for one hour massage. “Got a Groupon for an hour massage. She did a great job overall. Not the absolute best massage ever, but certainly worth the Groupon!
