“I got terribly sick with the flu the day before one of her events. My friend suggested I contact her to cancel. So I responded to the email confirmation to let her know I thought it best I stay home so I don’t infect the group and disturb with my coughing. When I tried to connect again, she said she never got my email and that because I didn’t show up without letting her know that I would not be refunded or even credited!!! I’m not happy with her response or service. I guess I should have gone anyway and infected everyone after all!”
