“After reading the other glowing reviews, I decided I needed to be a. 'brave girl'( age 63) and let Dr Antony take a look at my sore neck, left side weakness and migraine. Over the years most doctors just smile gently and offer me meds...not my choice since I am an active swim/bike/run/row type of person. So glad I made the appt, forced myself to go and gave this amazing clinic a chance. First appt was so reassuring, supportive, informative and I truly felt 'heard' and cared for. The testing was explained perfectly, not rushed and results were reviewed in real time. Very comprehensive. Worth every single penny. And although I went in with white coat apprehension,I find myself looking forward to my next appt because I KNOW I will be in good hands. The office is clean, welcoming and efficient. Sabrina was so kind and caring...and Dr Antony was top notch. Highly recommended and I hope to have multiple appts over the next month's or hopefully years. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Antony (Li-Fong) Lin at AdaptSpine since 2023, during a period where I wasn’t paying enough attention to my health. That’s when I first discovered how serious my lower back disc herniation had become. I didn’t even realize chiropractors could perform X-rays, but AdaptSpine handled the imaging right on-site, which made diagnosis fast and accurate. By March 2025, my lower back pain reached its worst stage — I could barely stand up or walk. Working from home for so long had caused me to forget to move, walk, or take proper care of myself, and it all caught up to me. Even catching a bus or making a small sudden movement felt like my knees would give out. Because Dr. Lin has consistently been my chiropractor, he immediately put me on a focused treatment plan, seeing me twice a week at the beginning. That plan changed everything. Within a short period, I regained mobility, strength, and confidence. “I have been regularly going to Adapt Spine for treatment after a "minor" bike collision with a car in January that triggered a slew of painful symptoms in some areas, and a loss of function/numbness in other areas. I was very scared and frustrated because the handful of doctors I looked to for support just told me I was too young to experience these symptoms (as if saying that would make the symptoms stop). Dr. Antony was able to do x-rays and take readings from handheld devices to determine the source of the issues. Results vary person to person but for me, being able to see the progress was very mentally significant and despite recovery being a process which has regressed sometimes, I am at an incredibly improved state now from January. From being unable to sit without my legs going completely numb to walking 5km each day with my dog again is something I can’t say thank you enough for. Dr. Antony was also able to work with me through constraints and support me with recovery as I figured out other aspects of my life. The level of care and compassion is from both Dr. Antony as well as his staff Leigh and Sabrina is something I don’t have any other medical experience that compares to. I highly recommend Adapt Spine and will be continuing to come here for my treatment as my recovery benefits from it. Thank you so much! “Dr. Antony truly cares about his patience. He takes time to ask how things have been since the last visit. After the adjustment, if he can, he will go the extra mile to help address any other concerns his patients have. Beyond his professional side, he's a real wholesome individual. It doesn't take much to see his love for his family and his staff and that all spills over to the care he gives to his patients. Staff are great; office is always clean and welcoming.
