“Li Zhi is an amazing acupuncturist! She was recommended to us by a friend, and my mom and my child have both been receiving treatments with her for the past two months. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. She takes the time to really understand our concerns and always explains everything clearly. “I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had an accident in the parking lot right before my appointment and immediately went inside to inform them in person, but the practitioner was with another client. I then called to explain that I couldn’t proceed because of the accident. Instead of asking whether I was okay or showing any concern, I was told by Zhi Li I still had to pay the cancellation fee. I understand cancellation policies, but considering the circumstances, I found the response very lacking in compassion. This experience made me feel unheard and unsupported, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. Additional note: After posting my review, I was contacted by zhi Li at 9 PM, asking me to delete it. I found this extremely unprofessional and an attempt to hide legitimate feedback. I also noticed that this business regularly replies defensively to every negative review instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy.
