“I visited Dr. Azusa yesterday after dealing with lower‑back pain for 10 days. During that time, bending was painful, and I could barely tie my shoes or get out of my car without sharp pain. After yesterday’s acupuncture and massage session, I felt a huge sense of relief, and the pain has noticeably decreased. I’m already planning my next visit to Dr. Azusa. “It was a wonderful experience. Azusa took the time to chat with me and really listened to the areas of concern in my body and the possible causes, then tailored her approach accordingly. My main issues were stiffness in my shoulders and lower back, but when I mentioned my PMS symptoms, she focused more on my lower back than originally planned, which left it feeling so much lighter. She also noticed signs of teeth grinding from the tension in my neck and shoulders, and gave me an amazing massage for my jaw and head as well. Overall, all the discomfort I had been carrying throughout my body felt so much better. I hadn’t had a massage for almost a year because I didn’t want to waste my time and money on the wrong place, but the treatment here was absolutely spot-on. “I have never had Acupuncture before but always wanted to try, I was in a serious car accident and have had neck issues for years along with other problems. I have had massage therapy but haven't been able to find the right fit for me. Until I found Dr. Azusa Hirota. She was actually interested in my complete physical and mental health. “Absolutely amazing. The best session I have had in a decade. She really gets into the root of your pain or discomfort, has excellent suggestions for stretching and uses pressure points and techniques I haven’t had any other massage therapist use before. She is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares. Azusa makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. Not for those with low pain tolerance. Not your regular massage.
