“I've been seeing Marissa and her angel hands for a couple years now and I'm so thankful for the treatment I've received. She has given me so much quality of life back. I've had jaw problems for years and thought I just had to deal with it prior to seeing Marissa. That's not the case anymore. She's so knowledgeable about different treatments and it's so helpful! “I’ve been going to Active Physio Works after my accident, and I’ve had a wonderful experience every visit. Shahnaz has been helping me with physiotherapy and Natascha with massage therapy, and they are both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to listen, explain the treatment, and make me feel comfortable. “I just ended a one year long treatment after a bad car accident that left me with a concussion and bad neck and back problems. I would highly recommend this clinic. The girls at the front desk are the sweetest special shoutout Bami and Emily I loved having a little yap with you both and I will miss it from now on. Taylor has got me to a point where I can rebuilt my muscles and work out without being in pain again and I’m incredibly forever thankful for that. Also thanks to Amy who has taken away my fear of chiropractors! I will always come back to see this incredible team if I run into any problems from here on. “I wasted a week dealing with lacking administration. I was referred here by another one of their locations specifically because I was told they accept lawyer assignments with payout upon settlement. After my lawyer didnt receive a response when the other clinic referred me through a cc'd email, I finally called. I waited theough long holds and a dropped call but finally reached someone and explained everything again and said im just waiting for someone to review and accept the assignment so I can book. The staff claimed they never received any emails and said it was the wrong email. I re-sent the documents while on the phone to the email she provided in the call and was promised a prompt follow up that never happened. i called again today a week later from initial contact and 2 business days post promised prompt follow. This time I reached the office manager who flatly contradicted everything her staff told me and when I tried to tell her that ive been told by several people that they do, she didnt accept accountability or apologize but asserted that shes the manager. There was no apology for the misinformation or the time they wasted until I told her that im telling her so she can educate her staff. If you are looking for professional communication or a staff that knows their own billing policies it would be advisable to go elsewhere. Im not sure where client centered care has went the last few years but this is beyond me. Its so easy to provide good customer service.”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Sidney for massage for a few years now and she is amazing. She understands the human body and understands how to work on injury's that I have sustained in my jobs.
