“I’m trying to spend money at this business, and the administrative side of things has been incredibly frustrating. I have no issue with the massages themselves, I’ve had many. However, yesterday I checked online and saw the business was listed as open until 8 p.m. I arrived at 6:10 p.m. to purchase a gift card, and the doors were locked. This morning, before going back, I called three separate times. No one answered. Online still showed the business as open at 10 a.m., so I went in person at 10:30 a.m. I stood at the front desk for about six minutes while the doors were open, and not a single staff member came by to acknowledge me, there was no one on the front desk at all. No one answered my calls, and no one has called me back to this moment. I am actively trying to spend money with your business, and there appears to be no one available to help customers do that. As a result, I ended up going down the street to Sole 2 Soul instead and spent my money there. At this point, your posted business hours either need to be updated properly online, or there needs to be better administrative coverage. If I had known staff leave early or the business effectively shuts down before the posted closing time, I would have come earlier yesterday. Something needs to change, because this experience was honestly ridiculous.”Read moreShow less

“The massage itself was very good — the therapist clearly knew what she was doing and did an excellent job working out my knots. I left feeling great and so much more relaxed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a moment of physical exposure that caught me off guard, and consent wasn’t explicitly asked beforehand. Once I expressed discomfort, it was respected, but clearer communication ahead of time would have made the experience more comfortable. “I've lived in the neighborhood for several years but only started coming here recently as per a recommendation made by a friend to see Jessie. Jessie is very strong and thorough, I find her deep tissue massage technique to be very effective for my angry, tight muscles. The clinic is clean and calming, and I love the ambiance of the massage room itself (so dark and cozy!), and the staff are so lovely and welcoming.
