“I've been going here since October of last year, and I've only had the best experience here! In the past, I've gotten adjustments with no aftercare, but Dr. Ongko puts care into making sure my spine is maintained even after weeks of adjustment by emphasizing stretching! There are also monthly zoom sessions showcasing different pillars on healthy living for the spine, and I found these well thought out and insightful and I can say that I've applied these info sessions into my everyday lifestyle! And of course, huge shoutout to admin! They're super accomodating to my hectic schedules and make sure I'm already booked for the next week! Overall vibe? “I had a wonderful experience with Active Family Chiropractic clinic. The moment I got diagnosed with cervical subluxation last 2020 where I had spine/neck issues and difficulty of breathing while lying down, I was treated with outmost care by Dr. Ongko and clinic staffs until I gained back my neck and posture alignment and which also help with the underlying causes such as my prolonged constipation issues became regular after spinal nerves were aligned into the right places. With sessions that I completed, I remained choosing this clinic and continue trusting Dr. Ongko's service to aid in improving my spine health and overall wellness especially in correlation to my job as a healthcare worker where I do 12hours-shifting and also prone to sprain and bony injuries. It is 2026 now, and even I move to other city and take transit train/buses, I still come back to the clinic and do my routine chiro sessions program delightfully. I am also glad that my dearest Heather and others (front desk staffs) are very considerate and understanding with the appointment bookings and scheduling. “Very friendly staff. Clean facility. After only a month of treatment with Dr. Ongko. I have seen a difference. I have no more discomfort in my lower back and neck. My sleep have improved. I'm very glad that I found this clinic. I have done a lot of treatment and I heen to different clinics but with Dr. Ongko. “Active Family Chiropractic Clinic is the best there is to offer! Dr. AJ is kind, patient, and knowledgeable to each patient that walks into his office. He walks you through every step of the way and makes you feel comfortable and calm when beginning your chiropractic care. “I had a great experience with Active Family Chiropractor. I've struggled with severe back pain even though I'm very active and hit the gym often. I had never tried a chiropractor before, but in 2023, I gave it a try and experienced a lot of relief from pain that had been bothering me for years. Once I recovered well, I didn't continue with maintenance care and eventually stopped completely. After about a year, my back pain returned and became worse. When I restarted treatment in 2026, I felt really good again. My nerve test results also improved, and I truly understood the importance of maintenance care. “My daughter and I had such a great experience here! Dr. Ongko is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares about helping his patients get better. My results have been amazing - my posture has improved so much, my neck pain is minimal compared to before, and I just feel great overall. The treatment really works!
