“Viviane Pham is an excellent physiotherapist. She gave my exercises to incorporate into my gym training as well as stretches to do at home, and it corrected some very long-term issues with my neck and shoulders I had already seen multiple physios to treat and felt like I would just have to live with. She also previously helped me with hip pain and corrected my squat form. The rest of my experience at activcoop was also very good, friendly and clear communications :))”Read moreShow less

“Took a day off to get a massage that i had booked 2 weeks ago as i have chronic pain due to back issues to the point where i cant walk some days. Didnt get a confirmation email. Called this am to check on my appointment and to my surprise nothing was booked for me. I called 2 weeks ago to cancel an appointment due to Covid, and the lady on the phone confirmed with me that she booked it. Now i have no appointment and i missed a day of work. Very unprofessional. Ive worked admin for years and i really dont understand this kind of mistakes as to book someone takes a click of the mouse. Im a racialized person whos partner and community put money together so that i could access services, and now i cant access them AND i cant get a refund on the over $400 credit i have to go elsewhere for services. They offered me a 50 min massage with another practictioner... so im suppose to see a new person, waste over $100 so that they can play with my back with no knowlegde of what my issues are. I also specifically asked for a female massager as i am not comfortable with men touching me. Anyways, i will not be reccomending this place to anyone and for that matter will put my experience on my socials.”Read moreShow less
