“I had a great experience at this physio clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I had questions or needed support. The doctor was amazing — very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me recover from my upper back injury. “I had a great experience at Activa Clinic for physiotherapy. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. Dr. Neha was especially wonderful she took the time to understand my concerns and provided effective treatment. “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Activa Clinic. I visited for physiotherapy back in October 2023 and used my work benefits at the time, under the impression that everything was settled. Now, over two years later, I am suddenly being contacted about an outstanding balance with no clear explanation it's not about the money why that time they didn't tell me that i have a balance even already i paid them $14.50 it's a kind of joke it's never ever happened to me in my whole life . It seems I am not alone, as many others have reported similar issues with their billing practices and poor communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic to save themselves the headache of unexpected charges years down the line.”Read moreShow less
