We require 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Same day cancellations ( under 24 hours ) 50% of the session fee. No Notification or less than 2 hours notice, 100% of the session fee . There is no fee applied when canceling/rescheduling over 24 hours

“I had a great experience during my physiotherapy visit for vertigo. From the start Eric was professional, attentive and took the time to fully understand my symptoms and concerns. He explained everything clearly. The assessment was very thorough and the treatment were tailored specifically to my condition. What I really appreciated was how how patient and supportive Eric was throughout the session- he guided me step by step and ensured I was comfortable at all times. After just a session I noticed improvement in my dizziness and balance. I also left with clear instructions and exercises to continue at home . Overall I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone”
