“I have had ankle issues for quite some time, and working with Doctor Steve has helped me regain stability and confidence to keep me on the ball diamond and on the ice! I started working with Pranjali after a quad injury and she is great! I can see why Doctor Steve was excited for Pranjali to join the team! She doesn't rush through appointments and has given me a variety of exercises to work through that have helped with the healing process.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been coming to Achieve movement for Concussions to muscle issues. I’ve referred many co-workers and family to both Steve and Eric, to not get relief but educated on how to live your best active life. The atmosphere starts Alexis’s professional and welcoming greeting and making your booking accommodation easy. Thank you for being here in Simcoe making our recovery accessible and not having to drive to the big city.”Read moreShow less

“After a number of brutal orthopaedic surgeries (both knees, both hips and two spinal surgeries) in the space of a few years my legs were in dire straits despite completing all of the required post surgery physiotherapy. It left me feeling as though I would just have to live with chronic pain and tightness. Dr. Steve has shown me that many of the pain issues are related to some muscle groups that remained unstrengthened and weak while others have become very painful from doing the work of my lazy, inactive muscles. Now as we work on strengthening and targeting those weaker muscles some of the pain issues in the overworked dominant and stressed muscles is decreasing and I believe this will continue and I have hope for a pain free future. Unlike other specialists I have been to, I get one on one attention throughout the whole appointment time slot and leave with a full understanding of the issue we are working on and why and the steps and exercises that will help me to achieve my goals. I definitely recommend Dr. Steve if you are dealing with chronic pain.”Read moreShow less

“Beautiful facility to get back on track. My therapist was knowledgeable and I felt totally secure and confident following her direction. Her guidance and support was encouraging and I didn't feel pressured in any way to go beyond my capabilities.”

“If you’re the type of person that says “physio doesent work” or anything like that, then you clearly haven’t been here. The staff genuinely cares about making you better and they’re super well rounded and educated. I came in with all sorts of unrelated problems that doctors have been clueless on (neck pain, pelvic tilt etc.) and immediately diagnosed my problems accurately including things I didn’t know about before. I’ve been going to sessions for about 2 months now and it be never felt better, looked better or even breathed better than I do now. Don’t waste your money or time somewhere else that won’t put the same amount of effort that these guys do. Not to mention they’re all very human and personable so I’m always happy to go in!”Read moreShow less
