Well things started well enough, I spent over a 1000$ with the clinic. Staff is friendly , professional and courteous. but their cancellation policy is an issue. They usually try to book you a month in advance. If your older snd maybe retired this is usually not too much of a problem. However I am caring for an elderly father. He had issues that I had to deal with that conflicted with scheduled appointments . I tried to forewarn the clinic to advise of the situation thinking we would just reschedule. I called the clinic on a Monday in the morning to cancel for a Tuesday appointment. I left a message with the answering service as the office was not open. I got a call the next day saying that they had been made aware of the cancellation and were waiving the cancellation fee. I was surprised that there was such a fee and when I inquired about it I was told that I would need to sign a cancellation policy upon my next visit. I do not sign these types of papers ever, as they have no legal enforcement, and if they did I certainly would not sign. I guess I stated this opinion in too strong a tone for the receptionist. She reported me to the doctor, who upon my next visit confronted me on my supposed bad behaviour and had prepared a list of alternative acupuncturists that I could go to. I apologized to the receptionist and I left. My point being that this clinic charges a lot, they use an assembly line style process to see the patients, which I found a bit dehumanizing. and upon canvassing some of the other patients found out that their treatments and procedure had not shown any major improvement, something which I also felt. I will not recommend this clinic nor will I not recommend them. Just be aware that they are service providers wanting to make money and run their clinic accordingly. Their primary priority is not the patient,

First experience was positive and informational. Now after 5-6 treatments my torn up shoulder is much less painful and movement is returning to pre injury ability. I am very grateful for These treatments

Dr. Morrill is pleasant and professional. She is laser focused and set a very precise goal for my improvement by recommending to treat my condition aggressively with a series of 40 treatments. The staff is organized and exacting. This is my first treatment and consult with her. I am optimistic she will help me with the my neuropathy, which I have had for 16 years. My legs and feet are very painful and numb. Dr Morrill put 20 needles in my lower legs within about 2 to 3 minutes and only 2 or 3 hurt which is exceptionally good compared to the treatments from other practioners.

I highly recommend Dr. Morrill and her team at Accessible Acupuncture for neuropathy treatment. Their care has truly transformed my life, from the initial assessment to the intensive treatment program. The follow-up is excellent, with regular evaluations and adjustments to my treatment goals.

The improvement to my knee has been so beneficial to my walking and overall health. I also appreciate that i never have to wait. I arrive and within minutes i am receiving my treatment. I really appreciate that as a busy person with a long drive home. The staff are very friendly and remember the details of your conversations.

I enjoy acupuncture with Dr. Morrill.. She is very professional and knowledgeable as well as a very caring person! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful! I trust what she is doing for me! Dr. Morrill is very flexible about how often you’d like to come! The few times I’ve been very early or very late, Dr. Morrill and her office have accommodated me.
