This organization is a fraud. They missed my appointment and when they said that they called, I responded that there is no call in my call list, no email, and no voicemail. They asserted that they called, which is utter nonsense. People who use these services expect their appointments to be honoured and that the government that is paying you to provide these services isn’t being ripped off.
