“Anthony has taken his time to really understand the discomfort I have with my neck, shoulder and upper back. I have been bothered by the same issues for over 8 years. After our first session together, he has suggested some exercises and stretches, which have been quite effective and I do feel a significant improvement. “Anthony has been my physiotherapist for over 3 years and has always been very thorough in his approach, highly knowledgeable, and easy-going to chat with. I've had numerous issues throughout the years, including pinched nerves in my arm/hand, severe muscle tension in my neck, and a misaligned jaw. Anthony has helped tremendously in helping to treat all of them. The IMS techniques he uses are really effective and has alleviated a lot of tension and pain I've encountered. “Anthony is an exemplary professional and extremely knowledgeable, yet able to easily translate anatomical concepts into layman's terms. He is a great conversationalist and makes you feel comfortable and assured even when a diagnosis is uncomfortable to accept. He accurately diagnosed and helped me rehab my infraspinatus shoulder muscle tear; with his guidance, I made a full recovery after having previously lost all strength in my shoulder due to the injury. “Anthony is highly personable, and goes above and beyond to explain his diagnosis, treatment, and recommended exercises. The dry needling instantly relieved chronic muscle pain (I'm training for my second marathon), and his exercises were easy to understand, and practice, and I quickly saw great improvements in mobility and a reduction in my symptoms. He helped diagnose and treat problems that a prior podiatrist, doctor, and two chiropractors missed. He's got a great sense of humor, very friendly and empathetic, and you feel he's both passionate about his work, and the long-term health of his clients. “Anthony is amazing. I went in for shoulder/neck pain related to lifting too much weight, resulting in extreme tightness and immobility. Anthony immediately diagnosed which muscles were strained through a vast array of tests, and then proceeded to explain exactly what was happening and where. He used massage and needling techniques to give me some immediate relief, and prescribed me some simple exercises to continue recovery on my own time. I already feel much better knowing what was causing my pain, how to prevent it, and how to handle it should it reoccur. Not only is Anthony extremely personable and professional, he cares deeply about his craft and his patients, and is obviously incredibly knowledgeable and capable.
