“I have been coming here since 2019, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received over the years. Both Dr. Tammy Yuen and Dr. Philemon Tsang are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They always take the time to listen carefully and make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff are also very polite, friendly, and efficient, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. “The custom orthotics are sub par causing much pain to my foot, pain which I did not initially have. I have been wearing orthotics everyday for more than 20 years and the pair from these is unparalleled in terms of sub par quality. You can never really "break-in" after few months of wearing and they do not fit into any shoe easily. I would advise to stay away unless you are feeling adventurous. Subsequent event: Booked an appointment with Tammy and they took back the initial pair of orthotics. They have now dispensed a new pair of orthotics which seems to be working so far. It is quite comfortable and I don't experience any pain or ache at all. I am giving these new pair of orthotics a 5-star and would like to thank the team at the clinic for their prompt attention. 2025 visit: A BIG shout out to Tammy for her kind advice for the bunion pain that has been bothering me for 10+ years! “I’ve been going to Abundant Life Health Centre for over a year now and can’t say enough good things about them. Sabrina is amazing for physiotherapy, she’s so knowledgeable and personable, and really takes the time to explain what’s going on and how to help it. Tammy makes me feel like I’m walking on cloud 9 after every adjustment, and she’s been incredibly helpful with everything orthotics-related. Matthew gives such a thorough RMT massage and always seems to find the exact spots that need attention. One of my favorite things about this clinic is how seamlessly they all work together. They have all my patient records, so everyone knows exactly what I’m dealing with. I’ve been working on a foot/leg issue with Sabrina, and when I go in for a massage, Matthew already knows what’s happening and what needs to be worked on. There was no need to re-explain anything. They’re also super responsive and easy to book with. The online portal is really easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience stress-free. “This is my first time to Abundant Life Health Center, I booked through online and got Dr. Phil Tsang as my chiropractor. I started going to see a chiropractor due to stiff neck and lower back problems and my muscles are very tense. After asking about my history, the adjustments starts. Dr Tsang constantly informs me of the work he's doing which makes me very comfortable during our sessions. “I had severe sciatic pain, ongoing for more than a year, which was making it very difficult to sleep at night. Dr. Tammy Yuen really took the time to listen to my concerns and did an amazing job with her chiropractic treatment. She took a holistic approach to my issues and supplemented the chiropractic treatments with acupuncture treatment when needed. She also taught me some exercises that I could do on my own in between the treatment sessions to strengthen the muscles that were contributing to my pain. I'm so thankful to Dr. Yuen for her skills and the pain relief that she was able to provide. She is an amazing practitioner who is always so friendly and punctual! “Dr Tammy Yuen is an amazing doctor. I couldn’t have survived pregnancy without her skills and knowledge. I would go from not being able to walk up stairs without assistance, to feeling normal after each session. She was very patient with a “slow moving large bellied patient” and she was incredibly caring. Saddened that I moved to another city and can no longer conveniently see her.
