“It is my favorite place in Ottawa to get some relaxation and energy. I have never been to acupuncture before and I was a bit skeptical about it. But once you have an appointment with Anu, you will get back again. It is always a pleasure to see Anu and get positive energy even if you are stressful and gloomy. I will definitely come back!”

“Clean, friendly place. Try out the different staff to see who's the best fit - all are good - I liked Steve. They have e-receipts that go to your email in moments - very handy. There is lots of parking but can be trickier to back out if you park directly in front - recommend parking on the larger side lot.”

“Thank you isn't enough for the release today and deep tissue magic that Sasha applied that allowed me to walk correctly for the first time in a year following a calcaneus heel fracture, sprained ankle and plantar fasciitis issue from Dec/2020. Just what I needed to break up the tension and years of stiffness even before the fracture. After a year of 4 different physio appointments and stretching routines and regular yoga practice, today was a well needed opening of the flood gates for release. Seriously a game changer today and all thanks to Sasha's deep tissue skills so thank you. Oleksandr 'Sasha' Patsukevych is someone a good friend and family member have been seeing and both recommended deep tissue massage for release. I'll be back again this month and you will be our family's go-to Sasha for our massage therapy for sure.”

“I love Ability Massage Therapy! I had been suffering from low back pain and it got to a point where I was miserable. Using their online booking system I was able to find one 30 min opening the next day with Trisha. She was excellent and I had a huge improvement! When my 30 min appointment ended, I checked my watch because I felt like I had been there an hour. I immediately booked a second appointment a week later. The facility is very nice with a professional atmosphere and their online booking system makes it so easy to check availability of your favourite RMT. I have been to this location in the past and if you don't have a favourite, you can't go wrong booking with the person who fits your schedule. I have never had a bad experience.”
