“The three worst weeks of my life were in the Covid ICU here I would like to start off by saying thank you to the Drs and nurses who saved my life I appreciate everything you all did for me And the recovery ward was awful I couldn’t wait to get out of there They put ‘hostile’ on my chart which I was because they kept trying to give me sedatives and anti anxiety medications and I refused to take I finally persuaded the doctor to let me go and I’m not sure who was happier, me or the nurses”Read moreShow less

“Ok so I am not allowed to be with my husband who is experiencing chest pains because of COVID19... yet your triage windows are NOT 6 feet apart, plexi glass is ONLY high up and exposed where the patient sits....the waiting area is soo much smaller which makes it worse... also, nurses in the triage are standing there talking with two windows open and we are standing there while my husband is in pain, among other patients who also need attending to. Finally, another nurse who is attending to another patient asks if we have been checked in (as we wait in line FOR THE TRIAGE 🙄). He sits there for a few mins while the two nurses are still talking to each other about god knows what and finally turns and says " Oh! Hi, are you here to see a Dr.?"........Like...what kind of question is that? OBVIOUSLY WE ARE! HOOOOOOLLLYYYY! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here SOMETHING isn't right. Most of the nurses there are not as caring as they should be. Look i get it, its crazy times, but there ARE other issues with people BESIDES COVID19 and should be taken care of right away and not be sent to a packed waiting room, ESPECIALLY WITH HEART/CHEST PAINS...And he waited over 20 mins to get an ECG done....So we left...off to a different hospital we go since this one can't regulate patients accordingly... Oh and lots of other people had another person with them... bunch of BS. Support is huge especially if it comforts him when he needs someone during his pain and not sitting RIGHT next to someone in the packed waiting room.”Read moreShow less
