About the clinic
1. Consultations with a Naturopath
Our naturopaths offer virtual consultations for individuals or couples to support fertility care. To book, select the appropriate appointment under Naturopathic Medicine.
2. Acupuncture Services; by either a * Naturopath or by a Registered Acupuncturist (for insurance coverage)*
Acupuncture is offered onsite at Hannam Fertility Centre by Naturopaths (NDs) and Registered Acupuncturists (R.Ac) (you may have a preference based on your extended health insurance plan). To book with an ND, select Naturopathic Medicine and to book with an R.Ac, select Acupuncture.
Saturday acupuncture appointments are available with our Registered Acupuncturist.
All acupuncture appointments take place on-site at Hannam Fertility Centre.

“As a woman in her forties pursuing IVF with her own eggs, I deeply appreciated the care I received from Dr. Robb and the entire Hannam team. One of the things that stood out to me from our very first consultation was how reassuring it felt to speak with a physician who was willing to listen to my goals and consider my situation as a whole. At a time when many conversations seemed to focus primarily on alternative paths, Dr. Robb took the time to understand why having a child with my own eggs was important to me. No promises of success were ever made, nor would I have expected them. What I found instead was something equally valuable: a physician who was willing to listen, to truly hear me, and to accompany me through the process with honesty, respect and compassion. “From our very first day, we felt a sense of peace. The entire clinic has this calm vibe that immediately puts you at ease. We always felt like we were in the best hands. Everyone—and I mean everyone—has been so attentive and accommodating. From the friendly faces at check-in and reception, to the efficient lab team/phlebotomists, the wonderful ultrasound techs, the Natural Conception team who introduced us to the IVF path, and the amazing nurses and doctors of Team Moore. You didn’t just provide medical care; you gave us hope and treated us with such care and expertise. The entire journey was ofc long but incredibly smooth. All procedures, along with the recovery, went so well because of the expertise and care of this clinic. We truly have nothing but positive things to say. Honestly, if Hannam clinic also handled deliveries, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else—I’d choose them to deliver my baby in a heartbeat! “There are no words to describe how appreciative we are of our care providers at Hannam fertility. We live in Northern Ontario and after receiving care locally which included IUI we were referred to Hannam. The wait time to be seen was about a month and we met with Dr Robb who was professional, knowledgeable and came up with a treatment plan specific to our needs and wants. We completed an egg retrieval one month later and had an unsuccessful transfer of our one embryo. Dr Robb and his team were compassionate and skilled. He recommended another egg retrieval with modifications based on what was learned during our first cycle. This second retrieval was much more successful and from this retrieval we were blessed with two beautiful healthy little girls born in 2024 and 2025. Although it is easy to be happy with a clinic given our positive result, even without this we felt so supported throughout our journey and Dr Robb’s clinical acumen and professionalism allowed us to trust the process and feel fully confident that we were getting the best care available. They were able to work with me in Northern Ontario to minimize travel and the impact on our lives. Without Hannam fertility and Dr Robb we would not have our beautiful girls. “My spouse and I were trying to conceive for well over a year before we were referred to Hannam Fertility Clinic. We were lucky enough to work with Dr. Robb, who was extremely knowledgeable, supportive but also realistic. Because of our situation, we needed more bespoke service and he and his team provided it. We were lucky enough to get fertilized eggs and Dr. Hannam was incredible when we met him and he completed the insertion. I was blown away by his kind and pleasant demeanor given his stature and the high-stress job he is in. He made us both feel incredibly relaxed and optimistic. Every time we went for an ultrasound appointment the techs were also very friendly and knowledgeable. “I am so grateful for all the lovely staff at this clinic, I felt like I was surrounded by angels on the day of all my testing and I don’t say that lightly. From the nurses, to reception, to the lady that did my ultrasound and the doctor. I am just blown away. Dr. Hannam has such a caring nature and is so patient. I have never felt so seen and cared for by a doctor in my entire life. I was so nervous for my SHG that even before he started the procedure, I burst into tears. He took the time to tell me every step he would be doing and also said that if I don’t feel I can do it that it’s okay too and there are other ways he can help.
