My husband waited 5 1/2 hours to see the Emergency Dr. He was the 2nd one there at just after 8am and never got seen. People came and went that arrived after him. When they came and got another person that had arrived after him, 2 ladies stood up and said that he should be next as he had been there the longest. The Dr then said that it is not first come first serve and that he would see him eventually. We would have made a drs appointment but the earliest he could get in was the 23rd of august. This is totally unacceptable and there needs to be something done.

It was the first time I came to the emergency room and I was helped rather quickly. The doctor and staff were professional and friendly.

Any time that I go in to the health center I have always found everyone very professional and kind. The only thing that needs to change is the amount of doctors that work there and we all know that is the same story where ever you go

I have called the doctors office for the last three days and no one answers the phone. I was supposed to get a call from Doctor Warren yesterday for a phone appointment and never received a call. Very unprofessional place.

The receptionist supplies me that she has one appointment that she can doctors there next week. I have some increasingly concerning health issues and every time for the last year but I try to make a legitimate appointments there's nothing they can ever do to accommodate. This is pretty hard for a small community especially in a province where you can't get any doctors unless you make a phone call. Phone call appointments are not sufficient when people have complex health issues. I have been told by them before to go straight to the emergency in Penticton but even when you go there you're made to wait long hours and a yes I do mean hours last time I went was 12 hours and you can only ask one issue at a time every issue has to be restarted at the emergency. This province and this clinic in keremeos need to get priorities in order as the health of the community members is not being taken care of

This is a great facility. The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Warren is sympathetic and takes time to listen to patient concerns.

This review is for Dr. Ifeju Omojuwa This Dr. was not helpful or sympathetic to my needs. From what questions he asked, it was clear he was intent on blaming me for my issues, vs trying to understand the situation I was facing to help me with my health. Not demonstrating compassion to complicated situations. He had no facial expressions, which made me think he was unfriendly and unsympathetic. This made me feel uncomfortable. Overall the Dr. did not provide me with the help I needed, ignored my issues and let his ego run the session.

Came in with my service dog and everyone was very nice the lady in the front really made my day a lot easier with how nice she was, I really appreciated that. Nurses were quick and professional.

THIS FACILITY IS CLOSED. If it were possible for zero stars that's what they'd get. The receptionist is beyond rude and it's extremely obvious that no one at this supposed energency clinic cares about your well being.

What hillbilly doctor? would tell a working man not to use a arm sling when he had cut his inside wrist working and on top of it … to say his arm was very red and put him on antibiotics because he may be getting blood poison … haaa I could say more but you get the point?
