“I spent years—especially through COVID—trying to find a massage therapist who could fix the stabbing pain in my neck. I saw so many, but nothing really worked. I found Roland in 2024, and in the first session alone he improved my neck, upper back, and shoulder tension by about 50%. He really listens and focuses exactly where the problem is. Over time, seeing him almost monthly, he was the only one who fully resolved my issue 100%. No other therapist came close. Now I see him for the occasional flare-up or just to relax. “Had my massage done by Kyla Will and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I was her returning customer but felt very unwelcomed, not listened to, and she failed to follow up correctly to all the pain areas as discussed and entirely excluded neck area which was also mentioned in the assessment. It was supposed to be 45 mins massage but got it all done in 40 mins, poor response times on receipt questions, nobody returns emails or phone calls.
