Amazing! Front desk was so nice, the hygienist and the dentist too! I had to bring my baby in as my husband was running late from work and they were so nice about it!

I had such a good experience today. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and thorough—I didn’t feel any pain, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. She took the time to explain everything and also the staff are very nice and friendly.

I visited this clinic for an initial check-up and cleaning, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite distressing. After the cleaning, I developed a painful mouth ulcer along with significant tooth sensitivity. I returned for a follow-up and was informed that ulcer is due to viral infection and prescribed antiviral medication, but the treatment did not relieve the ongoing pain. During the initial procedure, an existing filling was also accidentally removed, which required additional dental work at a time when I was already dealing with discomfort and oral ulcers. In addition, a gum infection was not identified during the initial X-ray assessment which was causing ulcer and was only diagnosed later by another dentist at a different clinic. Since then, I have continued to experience recurring pain and oral ulcers—now on my fourth episode. I was also informed that there was gum infection that had not been detected earlier, which have contributed to ongoing infection and discomfort. Given these complications and what I experienced as a lack of thorough diagnosis, I am very disappointed with the quality of care provided and would not recommend this clinic to others.

I have had some very uncomfortable appointments with teeth cleaning. However, this cleaning was the best I have ever had. Satvir was great. She understood what to do with someone who has some very sensitive areas. May her tribe increase.

I had a great experience at 7 O’Clock Dentist. I was wisdom tooth pain for two days and was looking for quick service, and they gave me an appointment right away. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, and the doctor was kind and explained everything clearly. The whole process was quick and smooth compared to other clinics where I was getting late appointments. They are open 7 days a week, which is very convenient, and their fees are also affordable. Highly recommend!

WORST DENTIST EVER!! I visited this office on October 30, 2025 for an initial check-up and X-rays with Dr. Kyle Nawrot, as I was looking for a new dentist for routine care and a cleaning. I was not experiencing any pain at the time. Although I mentioned two chipped upper back teeth that were not bothering me, I was advised that replacing a filling and addressing a crack in one tooth was more urgent than scheduling a cleaning. I explained that I have significant dental anxiety and asked about sedation for the filling. I was told sedation would not be provided, but I was prescribed three 1 mg Ativan tablets and was told this would work similarly. On November 8, 2025, I arrived early for my appointment and took the medication as prescribed. Within minutes, I became very ill and vomited multiple times—before, during, and after the procedure. I was asked to sign paperwork while still clearly under the influence of the medication. Once home, I became sick again. Later that evening, I noticed a cut near my lip. No explanation was provided to my husband when he picked me up, and nothing was mentioned to me about how the injury occurred. In the days that followed, I attempted to contact the office to get clarification. After finally speaking with the office on November 12, I was given an unclear explanation that the cut may have been caused by an elastic or an instrument. I have had numerous dental procedures in the past and have never left with facial marks. I also did not receive any follow-up call, despite the reaction I experienced. When I expressed my concerns, the only solution offered was a prescription ointment. I also mentioned that my bite felt off and I was experiencing pain from the filling, and I was offered another appointment, which I declined. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of care, communication, and follow-up. Due to this experience, I will be transferring my records and seeking care elsewhere. You cannot find my records because you transfered my file to a different dentist in town

EDIT: Your response is clearly Ai.. They performed such a botched root canal on me that they literally missed an entire nerve which was very visible on xray.. This resulted in an infection and I now have to have the procedure redone by a specialist. They also did the same botched root canal to my child’s father, and a close friend of mine. You have better luck getting a root canal done in someone’s backyard. I was a fantastic patient. You have nothing negative to say. Don’t ever try to insinuate otherwise. I could sue for malpractice with the work performed by your crooked and money hungry dentists! Your male hygienist was also super creepy! This place is so crooked I wouldn’t even take a tooth brush from them. Their dentist and hygienists suggested I come every 3 months for a cleaning and I somehow ALWAYS had “cavities”. Drilled my teeth to absolute oblivion. I brush twice daily. I floss. I take good care of my teeth. They led me to believe I had “bad tooth genetics” < their words not mine! Their hygienists were so busy talking about a netflix show that they suffocated me with the dental dam and suction. I had to physically get up out of my chair for them to notice after I waved my arm several times. They WILL take advantage of your insurance and perform unnecessary procedures, cleanings, etc. They claimed I have gingivitis, bone loss, and receding gum line. I wasn’t able to get into a dentist for almost 2 years because of my pregnancy and caring for my child full time. I went to a new dentist because I had several iffy feelings about Sevenoaks Dental and i’ve heard some crazy stories from friends and family. 2 years and I have not one cavity, I do NOT have gingivitis, bone loss, or a receding gum like. I believed Sevenoaks Dental when they claimed I had these issues, because I was a smoker and they led me to believe smoking caused these issues.. My new dentist actually complimented my hygiene and was shocked to hear that I thought otherwise. Sevenoaks Dental is predatory. Scammers and unethical. Go anywhere else. You have 1 set of teeth for LIFE. This is place is deplorable and predatory. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

The staff are nice and easy to deal with. The doctor is very good performing tooth extraction and doing tooth filling but I forgot his name 😅 They will answer and will always try to answer what your questions are. Very good Staff and their performance. Great experience!
