Her studio is cozy, spotless, and has such a calm, inviting vibe that I instantly relax the moment I walk in. Her work is absolutely amazing!! my lashes always turn out flawless and I get so many compliments everywhere I go. “This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. On the morning of my appointment, I had an emergency and, while already running late, I ended up in an accident. Despite going through all of that just to make it to her appointment, I was still charged $105 for a missed lash session. On top of that, she cancelled my brow appointment that was booked for later in the day, even though she had another walk-in scheduled for the same time. The entire experience felt like it was handled with zero empathy or understanding.”

The atmosphere was so serene and comfortable, I felt relaxed the entire time. My lashes turned out exactly as I had hoped—gorgeous, full, and perfectly curled. “Been going to Jenny for years and finally think of leaving a review! From the first moment of booking (call, text or Vagaro) to lash completion, I love the ease and professionalism of each appointment. SHOP: Clean, warm, inviting, relaxing, and exclusive. Only me in there for my appointment with her--no other customers, or workers, chatting loudly or shuffling around (when you have your eyes shut an entire appointment, these things can either be worrisome, irritating, or distracting.) Not at 4everinked. Quiet, spa atmosphere that is so relaxing I often find I've fallen asleep. If you want to chat--she chats happily with you, if you're quiet, she's quiet. A wonderful thing! SERVICE: Skilled. Gentle. FAST. Jenny is the ONLY lash tech in Lethbridge that has been able to keep lashes on me longer than 3 weeks. The worst salon I tried, their lashes fell off in clumps within three days :( and they would not correct. Stating it was my fault for products used. You might be able to tell someone that if it's their first time with lashes, but this is after 7 years of consecutive extensions, I know them, I know how to care for them, and I know what products to avoid and when someone hasn't applied them correctly. Jenny is super talented (she gives me a Hybrid fill every 3-4 weeks), accommodating (if I have a schedule change, she works around it quickly) and kind. Her pricing? Best I've also found, especially considering how well and how long they stay on. I am constantly complimented on my lashes, everywhere I go---thanks to her! If you're looking for a fabulous lash studio in Lethbridge, look no further. She offers a lot of other great spa services as well (also very reasonably priced!!) Give her a try!”

“I was not a happy camper earlier because I had events Halloween weekend and I got my lashes done earlier that week by Jenny but her humidity was off so she needed me to come back and things didn’t work out and I ended up going to my events with my lashes Looking crazy on the outside corner of my right eye for sure… I messaged her before my events, hoping to get it fixed. She said she’d fix it or figure it out and then I never heard back from her, so I was quite upset. But she recently reached out making amends. And fitting me in before a gala event I have to go to this weekend. 🙌🏼 and giving me a discount after the oops that occurred I’m will to give Jen another shot things happen. At the time it was very frustrating, but I’m willing to forgive and forget 🙌🏼”
