“I have been receiving regular massages for over 30 years and have experienced over 15 different massage therapists during that span of time. NEVER have I met such a gifted, knowledgable, skilled, and caring professional in this field as Sarah. You sense immediately that Sarah has a sincere desire to help others with pain, and while she is happy to treat you, she also wants to empower her patients with knowledge to help them to help themselves. I love how she asked the right questions at my first visit, and then educated me on options of treatment modalities! Sarah is highly educated, confident, and up to date with all the latest types of therapy. She is wonderful at explaining things in ways that one can clearly understand. On my first visit to her practice, Sarah introduced me to rapid therapy to address chronic pain and weakness on my left hand. After 35 years as an Optician, and the repetitive motion of adjusting eyewear, I had been diagnosed with arthritis in the thumb joint connecting my thumb to my palm of my hand. Over the past 6 years, I have done numerous physiotherapy, acupuncture, Chiro, and massage treatments. Nothing really helped. I had lost strength to the point where it was getting difficult to do my job properly. Some days, I could not adjust a frame, nor open a jar and it even hurt to hold onto a steering wheel while driving, or to hold my granddaughter's hand! After my first Rapid treatment with Sarah I was completely pain free for two weeks! She gave me exercises to do at home, which I forgot to do…. But remembered when the pain started to return. I started doing my part, and the exercises definitely helped! At my second visit, my pain was only 25% as painful as before our first treatment (three weeks prior). Sarah performed the second treatment 2 days ago, and here I am, pain free again with a whole new range of motion and am performing tasks easily like I did 6 years ago! Everything about my experience with Sarah was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her! She is truly THE BEST! “Sarah is spectacular at what she does. What I love most is her dedication to try anything and everything to help you have relief from pain. When I first went to see her I could barley move and sleep was hit or miss. I would need a treatment every 2 weeks. Now I see her once a month. Now treatments are maintainance. “Booked for my husband. He came home and said it was the BEST experience ever. So much so, he cried on the massage table because the relief he was getting was much needed. We were referred by a friend of my daughters and boy was she right when she said Sarah is the best. My husband further enjoyed that she explained things as she did them. “This was my first time trying RAPID therapy and I loved it. Sarah focused on the "problem" spots and used various techniques (best suited) for each area. In addition, any new skill that she adds to her "toolbox" she is happy to explain and let me choose to try it or not. She is very knowledgeable and a professional so I always go with her suggestion to solve the problem.
