“I would give this clinic a 0/5 stars if it were possible. If you have been referred to this clinic - RUN QUICKLY! Find another facility! I could never in good faith recommend 360 Concussion Care to anyone seeking concussion treatment. The lack of empathy and listening is evident. They treat patients like data points. You will be expected to fit a predetermined recovery timeline based on data you will never see. In my experience this approach exacerbated my symptoms and made recovery worse, not better. The clinic is focused on forcing patients into an unrealistic ideal of what they think concussion recovery should look like instead of actually listening to individuals. They push you back into activities too soon, which ultimately may lead to setbacks in recovery. The admin team also lacks responsiveness. There’s unnecessary prolonged delays in communication via email and phone. You will spend an unreasonable amount of time just trying to get an appointment or even important medical paperwork. which will contribute significantly to your symptoms. This is on top of dealing with your injuries. You deserve timely care and support, not uncertainty and frustration.”Read moreShow less

“I was referred to their Ottawa clinic from ER after a mild concussion. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and assessed all my symptoms and all the questions I had. Concussions are nothing to be taken lightly and I felt very comfortable throughout the visit. The physiotherapist also provided great advice and comforted me when I realized the concussion left me off balance and I started to be very scared, considering most of the daily activities I do require a strong balance. He gave me exercises for the brain and was able to recognize patterns and symptoms. I feel very lucky to live in a city that provides this level of service. I cannot wait to go back to normal and I feel comfortable thanks to the advice from this clinic. Much appreciated!”Read moreShow less

“Physiotherapist was knowledgeable, understanding and supportive but the administrative staff and response time was terrible. Decided to go elsewhere. Don’t return phone calls. Don’t return emails. Don’t acknowledge arrival for appointment. Unfriendly. It’s really disappointing that the staff and manager don’t seem to care about the administrative side.”Read moreShow less

“I did not have a great experience with this clinic and their physio treatment. I was sent there for a WSIB injury. Throughout the entire course of my 8 week treatment, it was a very frustrating and anxiety provoking experience. Anytime I explained my symptoms before or after the stretches and exercises, I was met with a combative response and dismissive excuse for why I was feeling the way I was feeling. During my discharge appointment I told my PT I was seeing another PT for another injury. During this encounter my PT became very accusatory and combative with me. When I attempted to calm the situation and explain things to him he escalated and started to lose all sense of professionalism. Pointing the finger at myself for not having more questions for him in regards to the care my other PT was providing. He questioned why I would be willing to continue treatment with them. By the time I left the appointment I was feeling anxious, frustrated, defeated, scared, and angry. On my drive home I couldn't shake the feeling that the reason he became so upset was because he didn't want me to stop treatment with him, so he could continue to bill me and WSIB. Needless to say regardless of another WSIB claim or any injury I will NOT be returning to this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Outstanding care by the whole team! They thoroughly explained the recovery process and eased all of my concerns. I felt cared for from the minute that I walked in the door and the team was very cohesive in their circle of care. Thank you 360 Concussion Care!”

“Clinic exists to bill insurance. I was refused a care plan when I was asked how I'm paying and I said ODSP. This clinic has left me stranded with our care, without help, as someone severely disabled. I am deeply upset that when I disclosed I was on disability I was not provided the care plan I requested, and was told I would receive. The physio provided one excercise I was unable to do even before the accident, and didn't even understand the nature of my disability. Follow up calls were forgotten. This clinic did not care about a worthless cripple on welfare The neurologist is unsympathetic, poor at diagnosing, and won't make even small accomodations for severely disabled clients.”Read moreShow less

“Not very impressed. Have been trying to reach them on a Friday to cancel Monday appointment. They don't answer calls. When I finally got through in the afternoon was told I would pay a cancelation fee even though I had an emergency to deal with.”

“As someone who has been seeing the clinic for a year, I feel it's my responsibility to advise people to seek help somewhere else. If you just had a concussion, GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC I want to start by saying the doctors, neurologist and physio are great at their job and super understanding. It's dealing with the admin team that is impossible. They are disorganized and do not know how to work with insurance properly. Over the course of the last year, I've been approved by my auto insurance for physio treatments that are fully covered, both confirmed by the admin team and my insurance. Months later, I get invoices for the same approved physio appointments, and they charge me for the FULL amount. No information on why they decided to charge me now, months after the appointments and with prior insurance approval. No warning that they were about to charge me for a large amount on my credit card. It's impossible to contact them for information as they don't answer their emails often. This isn't the first billing issue I've had with them. Prior to this they billed me twice for a neurology service. Thankfully, I caught it when looking at my credit card transaction a few weeks later, and they reimbursed me. In the past, they have also been late in filling my treatment plans. Pushing my appointments weeks ahead because they had not filled the proper documentation in time. Concussion 360 team, if you're reading this, please get a better admin system. Your clients are not at their best after a concussion, you should have an admin team who can properly take care of their treatment plans and billing. Clients should not have to verify that they haven't been charged twice or that the approved treatments will be suddenly charged months later without support or explanation.”Read moreShow less
