“After years of suffering with TMJ and going unsuccessfully treated, I thankfully found Jane at 19th street physio. I am thrilled with the treatments I received from Jane, and have not only regained my range of motion, but my jaw pain is gone. “I went to see Jane for a demonstration of craniosacral therapy but, on discovering that I had a chronic issue with a semi frozen shoulder, she decided to work on that instead. After the very first session I noticed a considerable improvement in the mobility of my shoulder and now, a few sessions later, movement is entirely restored. Jane works on the patient for the whole of the session, unlike other physiotherapists who often leave you alone for long periods of time. Jane's treatment is entirely hands on and her advice for stretching between sessions is invaluable. I had given up on ever finding a remedy for my shoulder pain so I am delighted to find that the pain has now gone and the movement is restored. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jane's services. She is a wonderful professional and really delivers results.”
