“The best dental experience I’ve ever had! The whole team, Dr. My Le, Sherry, Amanda, Eva, were all so wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high quality, friendly service! I came in with a wicked toothache, they performed x-rays to confirm that I needed a root canal and crown, got me in the next day, explained every risk involved with the process and within 48 hours I had no more pain! The cost was much more reasonable than I had been quoted at an emergency dental place and they’ve earned my continued business! Thank you guys so much for everything!”

“As a new patient, I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The clinic has such a calm and friendly environment that immediately put me at ease. Admin Eva was incredibly warm and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to make sure everything was clear and comfortable. Dr. Le was so gentle and thoughtful, explaining each step and making sure I felt informed and relaxed the whole time. It really meant a lot to feel listened to and cared for. Dental Assistant Sheri was absolutely wonderful, so kind, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. You can truly feel the care and compassion from this entire team. “Amazing dentist, I've been going here for about 7 years now and never had a problem. It is very clean, easy to make an appointment and the staff is very friendly. There is free spacious parking in the back and lots seats and coffee in the waiting room. She has helped with every tooth problem I had and it was almost painless everytime. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and reliable dentist.”

“If you're a student at AUArts I totally recommend this place. They do direct billing and it's very accessible by transit. I guess you could walk there if you wanted to. Dr. Le got all of my wisdom teeth out (across two appointments). Everyone at 16th Ave Dental was super friendly and so kind. They always made sure I was comfortable and aware of anything that was about to happen. I really appreciated the little goodie bag on my first appointment and the take-home cleaning baggie provided after the wisdom teeth extractions. If you have concerns about the costs of procedures you should speak up. They'll be very upfront and honest, and chances are, they'll do everything they can to make it work for you. It was very obvious Dr. Le was concerned about my health and teeth, not profit. I was always provided a quote/cost estimate before an appointment was booked and I really appreciated this sort of transparency. Also, if you have any concerns in general like pain/anxiety/uncertainty/nervousness, you should speak up for that too. They will of course do their best to accommodate you, but always advocate for yourself!”
