“My kids and I have always appreciated the excellent care from Dr. Rakochey, Marsha, and Chi. Unfortunately, the front desk experience in November changed everything. The receptionist was extremely rude to me over the phone and even hung up on me. That interaction alone is the reason we will not be returning. The front staff sets the tone for the entire clinic, and this was unacceptable.”Read moreShow less

“I basically grew up at the dentist and as an adult I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and I just love it. From the friendly and warm greeting to the dental assistant (Chi) coming to get me and bringing me back there is nothing but pure joy and laughs. Dr. Rakochey has a very calm and soothing voice. He does a wonderful job at explaining everything he is doing to you before, during and after. When it comes to administering anaesthesia he is so tender and knows exactly what he is doing. They are a very accommodating office and I would definitely recommend him to everyone one I know and those that I don't. Hands down the best!”Read moreShow less

During my visit on11/12/2025I found her attitude to be dismissive and unhelpful, which left a negative impression of the clinic. “Simply the best. They managed to squeeze me in with almost no wait time. Everyone was professional and respectful. The concepts and processes of what's happening in my mouth were explained to me in an academic manner. This really made me feel involved with the process, and that I have an impact on the outcome. It was a positive experience, the first positive dental experience of my life. Suddenly oral health feels like something I'm participating in, not just something that is happening to me.
