“Me and my husband went for message and honestly we did not have a great experience. It was our first time over there. Firstly the receptionist keeps changing the price for massage. The massage lady for me was a Chinese woman who was really knowledgeable and nice. The man who did the massage for my husband didn't know the M of Massage and R of Reflexology. He just kept pinching my husband's toe for an hour that too had to be instructed by the lady who was doing mine besides him. Terrible experience for someone whose going for first time and is ready to pay the price even after being mentioned another price on the enquiry call. It doesn't end here. The receptionist after payment asks for tips for the massage givers. Are tips not a very discretionary call of a customer depending on their experience? My husband being calm, polite and kind paid the tip since his massage giver was an old man + didn't want to argue over the useless service + unprofessional attitude of the receptionist. Never going to recommend anyone this place and for sure not going back if people have no remorse and don't have any proper refund policies for shitty business. If at all I do, it would be only for the lady who did my massage since I believe she was the only sincere person out there. I really wish I knew her name.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at Lucky Feet Massage. The space is clean, calming, and well-run. Jack was absolutely excellent—professional, skilled, and very intuitive in targeting the right pressure points. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. “I've been to Lucky Feet several times, and I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. I absolutely love this place and won’t go anywhere else! Their Google rating honestly doesn’t reflect the consistently excellent service I’ve received here. Most recently, I booked a last-minute appointment on May 24th due to an excruciating tension headache. The staff were kind and accommodating—finding me a spot quickly and confirming I was comfortable with a male therapist beforehand. During the massage, the therapist was fantastic—checking in multiple times for my consent and making sure the pressure and style were working for me. “I visited their store few times. I had another massage yesterday (May 12th) and massage was not great. I don't know her name but I smelled smoke really badly and she was just touching my body. “I had a massage on October 12 at 12pm. My boyfriend also had a massage at the same time by a different therapist and he was extremely happy with it. I recognize I didn’t say anything during the massage but I really wasn’t satisfied with the service. It wasn’t about the pressure as I do like a firm massage, but it just felt very aggressive in the wrong places, and at the end she didn’t wipe off any oil with a hot towel- I just got a tissue wiping my face and neck. She also wore gloves - which I fully understand is a therapists personal preference but in the past anytime I’ve received a massage with gloves I always leave feeling less than satisfied. I emailed the shop after to inform of the situation as I didn’t want to leave a low review due to the fact that my boyfriend was very very happy but I never heard back; we tipped accordingly. I do recommend Lucky Feet as their prices are fair and the other therapists have seemed very good. *UPDATE* The spa manager personally called us to deal with the issue first hand.
