Hello, welcome! My name is Vanessa and I am a Registered Health Coach who is passionate about making wellness accessible for all! Pulling from knowledge in root-cause medicine and evidence-based psychology strategies, I partner with my clients to co-create a plan that will build self-efficacy, foster self-awareness, and utilize client's inner strengths to break through their health barriers. I acknowledge that each client is whole, and are the true experts of their own lives. Each client is resourceful and will see that they hold the answers to which they are seeking, becoming the fuel driving their own change. As an ally to your health journey, I will help turn your "why" into your "how. Through consistent support, targeted education, and a client-centred approach, I help clients create long-lasting habits to no only succeed, but feel empowered to take charge of their long-term health and wellbeing.
