Vanessa graduated with distinction from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, Moncton Campus in 2024. She has also been certified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with canfitpro since 2016. She has always been passionate about mindful movement, along with health and wellness and believes a well-rounded, holistic approach is necessary in order to improve our overall well-being. Through massage therapy and fitness coaching, Vanessa thrives on reducing chronic pain, improve posture and range of motion, and so much more for her clients. Vanessa a gradué avec distinctions du programme de massothérapie du Eastern College, campus de Moncton en 2024. Elle est également certifiée en tant qu’entraineur personnel et instructeur de cours en groupe avec canfitpro depuis 2016. Elle a toujours été passionnée par le mouvement du corps, et croit fermement qu’un corps sain dans un esprit sain est nécessaire afin d’avoir une santé optimale. A l’aide de la massothérapie et des entrainements, Vanessa vise àréduire la douleur chronique, améliorer la posture et l’amplitude de mouvement et tellement plus pour ses clients.
