“I was disappointed with the service I received. The session felt disorganized and unprofessional. The provider shared a lot of information that felt irrelevant, which left us without enough time at the end to properly go through or look for exercises. Additionally, I did not feel fully comfortable during the changing portion, as she remained in the room area instead of giving me more privacy. Overall, I did not feel that the session was well structured, professional, or respectful of my comfort and time. I left feeling discouraged about my situation instead of empowered and ready to act.”
