Throughout my own therapeutic journey, I've come to understand how nerve-wracking the counselling process can be. However, through my strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, my goal is to guide you on a path towards self discovery as I gain insight about your strengths and help you tap into them. Clients are encouraged to take an active part in their healing by offering feedback, creating a collaborative relationship. Throughout my own therapeutic journey, I've come to understand how nerve-wracking the counselling process can be. However, through my strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, my goal is to guide you on a path towards self discovery as I gain insight about your strengths and help you tap into them. Clients are encouraged to take an active part in their healing by offering feedback, creating a collaborative relationship. I tailor each treatment plan based on my client’s individual needs, making my approach eclectic and organized. I have experience working with those who have struggled with general mental health concerns, including (but not limited to), depression, anxiety, dissociation, grief ,chronic pain and trauma . My practice is also neurodivergent friendly. I completed a course through Pain Foundations BC to help support people struggling with chronic pain.
