A Fredericton local and a 2019 graduate from Eastern College, Shannen loves working with and helping her community. Shannen started her journey at a spa then gained a new perspective at an alternative health clinic. As a result, she combines a relaxing experience with a holistic approach to treatments. She is passionate about creating plans to help her clients reach their goals on and off the table and has experience working with chronic pain conditions, injury recovery, and mental health conditions. She has completed training in Cupping, Hot stones, Myofascial release, and Kin Taping. When she's not in the clinic, Shannen enjoys spending time with her two children and house full of animals, in the garden or curled up with a craft.
