I work with adults and emerging adults across a wide range of life experiences, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, chronic stress, spiritual concerns, ADHD, and identity exploration. I have experience supporting older women as they navigate life transitions, their relationships with adult children, and the search for meaning in later life. I also work with younger adults entering the workforce who are processing trauma from their youth or facing challenges common to early adulthood.
I have a particular interest in working with men and male-identifying clients exploring how to relate to emotions, vulnerability, and relationships in ways that feel authentic to them. Additionally, I welcome highly sensitive individuals and neurodivergent clients.
My practice supports those adjusting to chronic pain or injury, moving through burnout or emotional exhaustion, deconstructing or reimagining their spiritual worldview, or feeling stuck in long-standing patterns such as people-pleasing, shame, or self-doubt. I am especially attuned to clients who may feel out of step with the pace or expectations of the world around them-those who crave more space, self-understanding, or a different way of moving through life. I work well with reflective individuals who may have difficulty naming their needs or who have been in caregiving roles for others and are now looking to turn toward themselves.
