Sarina Lainez is a compassionate and skilled acupuncturist committed to helping her patients find balance and healing through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). From an early age, she was drawn to the connection between emotional well-being and physical health. This curiosity sparked a deep interest in the philosophy of Eastern medicine and ultimately inspired her to study acupuncture, driven by a desire to develop both the knowledge and intuition to support herself and others. Sarina completed her training at the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She creates a calm and supportive environment for her patients and tailors each treatment to meet their individual needs- whether they’re managing stress, chronic pain, or simply looking to feel more balanced in their daily life. If you're feeling drawn to acupuncture or curious about how it can support you, Sarina welcomes you to reach out. Outside of the clinic, Sarina enjoys spending time with her animals; Johnny, Biggie, Mini, and Gremy- who bring a lot of joy to her world! Also, having completed her Red Seal in horticulture, she is passionate about the outdoors and wildlife.
