Sarah holds a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has been helping clients since 2020. She has a lot of experience working with clients who struggle with perfectionism and anxiety and she is passionate about supporting adult clients through the processing of childhood issues and intergenerational trauma. Sarah uses a holistic and integrative approach that incorporates elements from CBT, self-compassion, mindfulness, attachment theory, and IFS to help to provide a full view of both the challenges as well as your strengths. Furthermore, Sarah is trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) through the IFS Institute and is recognized as an IFS therapist.
