Sabrina is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who takes a personalized, client-centred approach to every treatment. She believes massage therapy can play an important role in reducing pain and tension, improving mobility, and helping clients feel their best. Sabrina uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping, structural integration, active release, joint mobilization, TMJ therapy, hydrotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and scar tissue work. She also provides prenatal and postnatal massage and offers individualized home-care and remedial exercise recommendations to support clients between treatments. Outside of the clinic, Sabrina enjoys staying active through strength training, swimming, outdoor activities, and simply keeping her body moving. Her passion for an active lifestyle has strengthened her appreciation for the connection between movement, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you are looking to manage pain, improve mobility, recover from an injury, or simply take time for yourself, Sabrina is committed to creating a treatment tailored to your individual needs and goals.
