Hi I'm Randy. I will be graduating from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy this year. My goal is to use an assessment-based approach to treat people in a way that is uniquely tailored to them, while sharing information that shifts the power of healthy movement into the clients’ hands. Measurable improvement goes a long way in helping the body do what it loves to do, which is heal. I have a background in strength sports when it comes to my hobbies. Powerlifting and strongman have been the main focuses over the last 8 years, but I have recently taken up running. From competition to everyday living, the focus is being able to give the body the best environment to heal and improve.
