I am a Registered Physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor physiotherapy and pelvic health rehabilitation. I provide individualized, evidence-informed care for patients experiencing pelvic floor concerns, with a focus on improving strength, coordination, mobility, function, and overall quality of life. My approach includes thorough assessment, patient education, therapeutic exercise, breathing and relaxation strategies, and personalized rehabilitation programs. I work with patients to better understand their symptoms and feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. I am passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where pelvic health concerns can be discussed openly and without judgment. My goal is to empower each patient with the knowledge and tools needed to actively participate in their recovery and achieve their functional goals.
