Olivia graduated from Willis College’s Accelerated Massage Therapy program in 2025. Before pursuing massage therapy, she studied Visual Arts and Environmental Studies at the University of Ottawa. Her curiosity about the human body and passion for wellness inspired her to shift her focus toward health care. With a strong athletic background, Olivia brings firsthand experience to her practice. She grew up as a competitive gymnast, later competed as a varsity heptathlete in track and field, and now enjoys rock climbing and training for triathlons. These experiences fuel her commitment to healthy living, mental well-being, and helping others stay active. Olivia is dedicated to supporting a wide range of clients—whether you’re a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply seeking relaxation. Her goal is to help people reduce pain, release muscle tension, and move through daily life with greater ease. Whether recovering from injury or managing stress, Olivia provides safe, effective treatments designed to support your long-term well-being.
