Hi, I’m Morgan Buttigieg, a Registered Massage Therapist focused on helping you feel and move better so you can take on everyday life with less restriction. With a background as a hybrid athlete and personal trainer, I bring a strong understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and responds to stress, whether that comes from training, work, or daily habits. My treatment style is slow, focused, and intentional. I prioritize working into specific areas of tension to create meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief. My treatments are rooted in therapeutic care and recovery, with a growing focus on performance and rehabilitation. I’m actively continuing my education in these areas to further refine my approach and better support active individuals and those dealing with ongoing tension or discomfort. For me, massage is more than bodywork it’s about bridging the gap between mind and body and creating space for both to perform and recover at their best. The goal is to help you reconnect with your body, feel real relief, and move with more ease, control, and resilience.
