Follow up physiotherapy treatment

This appointment is for existing patients who have completed an initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists and are returning for Shockwave Therapy.

This assessment is for your first appointment following the birth of your baby and you are less than one year postpartum.

Please choose this option if you have already completed a pelvic health physiotherapy assessment with Samantha and are coming in for a follow up treatment.
