Mikayla Lanoie is an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), who supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with their authentic selves, their bodies, and their relationships. Her work focuses on reducing shame, deepening emotional awareness, and helping clients move toward more intentional and fulfilling lives. Mikayla has experience working with a range of concerns including sexual desire and arousal, relational challenges, communication, boundaries, trauma, emotional disconnection, and questions of identity and authenticity.
In her practice, Mikayla offers individual and relationship therapy grounded in attachment and polyvagal theory, integrating mindfulness, parts work, and somatic approaches.
