I have always been passionate about caring for others, health, and healing on all levels—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My journey began with pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. After two years, I found myself continually asking, “What more can I do?” As I continued to learn about the body and the healing process, I began to understand that everyone is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and each person’s journey requires individualized care. This realization led me to pursue and complete a Diploma in Naturopathy, deepening my understanding of holistic health and personalized approaches to wellness. My practice focuses on exploring the root causes behind discomfort and imbalances, while providing individualized recommendations and practical tools to help you take an active role in your health. I believe health is an individual journey that requires time, patience, growth, and self-love. Your journey is yours—I’m simply here to help guide and support you along the way.
